Shipping and Delivery

Kazoya offers a standard shipping fee of sgd $20 for every order below $400 SGD. Any purchase of $400 SGD above will be entitled to free shipping.

• All orders given on Kazoya online store  would be shipped within 5-7 working days. We give a 21 day maximum shipping time frame in case of any product availability or courier delays. The standard timeframe for expected delivery would be 5-7 working days from the day of an order. All customers would receive a tracking number when item is shipped out.
• We liaise with the courier company to ensure the goods are registered and insured based on the particulars provided.
• All deliveries are required to be made to a physical home or office address.
• We provide the most efficient and safest delivery services from professional courier services eg: DHL, FEDEX.

The customer will be responsible for any  duties, GST, VAT taxes  or surcharges based on the country of residence.

The shipping and delivery time we have listed are an approximate and may vary in the event of an unforeseen circumstances.

Once your order is placed, we will send you a confirmation via email, followed by the tracking information once your order is shipped.

For a secure delivery, we always liaise with professional courier services. Once order is sent to your home, courier services would require a signature upon delivering and receiving your item.
