Return Policy

Please do note Kazoya’s outfits are carefully examined before shipping. KAZOYA’S products can only be returned if you receive an order piece that was mistakenly sent or if the piece is defective.

Please follow the steps for any return:

Step 1: please send us an email stating reasons for return within 48 hours of receiving your product. You may get our email information on our contact us page. Any claim received after 48 hours of receiving item would not be valid.

Step 2: please repack the item back as per original packaging received.

You would receive an email on the instructions of return as soon as possible. We may request for further images to be sent to us in the next few days. You may request for a brand-new piece, exchange of product or a refund. Once your request is inspected by our team, we would notify you of the approval or rejection of your claim.

If we approve of a refund, we would require the defective piece to be sent back to us. We would refund the item cost excluding the initial shipping cost. We would bear the return cost for the shipping. Refunds would be given as soon as possible.

If we approve of an exchange, we would require the defective piece to be sent back to us. We would than act on an exchange as soon as possible.
